Navigating Superintendent & School Board Relationships AA#3998
Professional Development
The purpose of this academy is to provide participants with an in-depth overview of the topics related to navigating the relationship necessary to lead a school district successfully. This academy will offer tools and strategies for leaders to develop the skills needed to successfully navigate the relationship between the Superintendent and School Board.
Included in this academy will be an overview of the policies, processes, reflections, and tools needed to foster, build, and create positive school district relationships. Upcoming date: April 8. info•register
A New Superintendents Meeting is planned to follow up from the annual new superintendents’ conference held in July 2024. This meeting will cover various topics and provide an avenue for new superintendents to discuss how the first six months in their district has progressed and look ahead to the remaining months of the school year. The event will be January 29–30 in Springfield.
