LEADING WITH RESILIENCE & RELEVANCE Designed for today's superintendents, this yearlong online academy offers a supportive cohort model focused on real-world leadership challenges. Through monthly problem-of-practice sessions, participants will develop the tools and strategies needed to navigate political pressures, foster community trust, communicate transparently, and sustain resilience through change.
