The workshop is designed to move in layers. Teams start with the foundational Franklin Covey framework — getting a shared understanding of the four roles. From there, the work gets more specific: job-alike breakout groups give participants a chance to explore what each role looks like in their particular position. Then it comes back to the team level, with dedicated time for each district’s cabinet to work together on what this means for them — their priorities, their dynamics, their coming year.
