What inspired you to write a book that focuses on human resources? I was inspired to write this book because it’s one I wish I had when I began my career as an administrator. Most school administrators have built their careers on curriculum expertise, relentless dedication, and strong ambition. As accomplished former classroom teachers, they have a deep understanding of great instruction and student success. However, being an exceptional teacher doesn’t automatically translate to being an effective leader.
