Coaching for Leaders program offered in Mundelein A Coaching for Leaders Program is being offered through Cardinal Stritch University with the next session being hosted by Fremont School District in Mundelein. All interested parties are invited to attend. The purpose of the program is to build skills as a leader and a coach so that participants can then build leadership capacity in others. The cost of the training is $2900 per participant and includes eight days of training, certification, and a personal coach for the duration of the training. The model for the training is 1) see a coach, 2) have a coach and 3) be a coach and it blends cutting edge research on leadership with hands on coach training by a certified Master Coach. Dates for the upcoming training are October 16, 17; November 13, 14; December 16, 17; February 19, 20. Day 1 will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Day 2 runs from 8—3.
