IASA is dedicated to providing unwavering support for new superintendents throughout their journey. Please join us for a specially designed session for new superintendents that aims to assist emerging leaders in establishing connections with the IASA Team and engaging with fellow colleagues in the network. This session offers the next step in building a sustainable and thriving leadership ecosystem. Join us for a highly interactive morning focused on real-time challenges, strategic next steps, and continued relationship-building. Facilitated by Dr. Dawn Bridges, IASA Associate Director of Professional Learning; Dr. Brent Clark, IASA Executive Director and our IASA team. We will explore: • Lessons learned from the initial transition—and how to adapt your leadership for long-term impact; • Strategies for strengthening trust and credibility across your board, staff, and community; • Approaches to aligning relationships with district goals and vision; and • Tools for sustaining energy, clarity, and balance as you lead through complexity. This session will also serve as a valuable opportunity for continued networking with fellow new superintendents and meaningful engagement with IASA staff around challenges and successes encountered during the first 90 days.
