IASA President Dr. Jay Morrow Dr. Jay Morrow is superintendent of United Township High School District 30 in East Moline and IASA's 2026-27 president. He has spent his entire career at UTHS, joining as a business teacher in 1994 before becoming superintendent in 2007. The single-high-school district serves about 1,860 students across the Quad Cities area.

Dr. Nick Polyak, the 2026 Illinois Superintendent of the Year, is in his 12th year as superintendent of Leyden Community High School District 212. In his opening keynote, Dr. Polyak will challenge attendees to embrace the need to unlearn old realities and remain unfinished as school leaders if public education is to stay relevant for America's next 250 years.
