Over more than three decades in sports broadcasting, she has covered six Olympic Games, the Super Bowl and more than 1,500 live events for ESPN, ABC, NBC, Fox and TBS, observing what separates good teams from great ones and how those lessons apply to classrooms, staff rooms and communities.
