How It Works Districts can connect with a Director of Academic Empowerment in one of two ways: • Reach out directly – Contact the Director whose regional focus best matches your district to begin the conversation. • Complete an Interest Form – Submit a brief Interest Form, and IASA will help determine which Director is the best fit for your district’s needs. Once connected, here’s what to expect: • Initial Conversation – Your Director will schedule a conversation to learn about your district’s goals and priorities. • Develop a Support Plan – Together, you’ll identify which services best fit your district and build a plan for implementation. • Ongoing Partnership – Your Director provides continued support throughout the school year at no additional cost.
