IN PERSON
When done properly, the evaluation of principals and assistant principals can help school leaders grow in their careers and develop skills that can impact student achievement. That’s why IASA is proud to offer AA #4050, an improved evaluation model that emphasizes collaboration rather than a checklist based upon compliance. AA #4050 is a 2-day, in-person training that satisfies the requirements for those seeking the Initial Principal Evaluator designation. It replaces the previous Initial Principal Evaluation training, AA #2000, which was discontinued as of June 30, 2024. Initial Training and Retraining of Principals and Assistant Principals AA #4050
